Physical Product Delivery:

I placed an order for a product that will ship to me. When will I receive it?

We do our best to ship all products within 24-48 business hours. Some orders may be delayed however due to back-order stock, office closures for holidays, weather, etc. If you have not received your email with shipping details in the above time frame, please email us for an update at support@oesd.com.


How will my order be shipped?

We use the US Postal Service and FedEx. We will select the best method based on your purchases.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.


Shipping Charges

We offer $5 flat rate shipping on orders! Whether you are purchasing 1 roll of stabilizer or all 423 colors of Isacord, take advantage of our $5 flat rate shipping and save even more when you stock up!


My order was never delivered. What now?

It doesn’t happen often, but every now and then a shipment is lost or damaged. Should this occur, please let us know by sending an email to support@oesd.com We’ll contact the shipping carrier and resolve the issue immediately.


International Shipping

We welcome international orders for downloadable products. If you are ordering from outside the United States, any of our thousands of downloadable designs are available to you. Simply make your purchase, and an email with download instructions will be sent to you. Unfortunately, we do not ship physical products outside of the United States at this time.


Downloadable Product Delivery:

When I place an order for a product download, how soon can I get it?

You’ll receive an email with download instructions just a few minutes after you place your order.


What if I never received the email with download instructions?

Check your SPAM folder to see if your email application put it there. If you still can’t find it, send an email to support@oesd.com. We’ll be glad to send it again.


I need to download my product again. Can I do that?

Absolutely. Your product will always be available for download from this website. You’ll find it in “My Designs” in your account administration area.


I can’t open the file I downloaded. What should I do?

Send an email to support@oesd.com and we’ll be happy to help.
